Devyani International — Awaiting Refund -Devyani International

I have received a mail from your team that I have not been allotted with company’s share so i will be getting my refund in original mode of payment, Its been more than a week since i received a mail but yet to receive a refund to my account.
Sent a mail but no revert from the team, Request not closed ticket without solving and process refund ASAP.

Also i believe as per SEBI norms you cannot handle money of a client longer if you are not allocation share to client dont force to take a strict action on this.
