Devyani International — Refund hasn't been done neither is IPO alloted

Hello, This is Soumalya Bhowmick.
I had applied for Devyani International IPO with Rs, 14, 850. However I have not got an allotment and received a mail regarding a refund initiation on 12th of August 2021. But my money is not yet credited to my account. Please help me to get my money refunded.
