I'm Shivani, a dermatologist based in Jaipur, and I want to share my recent experience with Dexus Media, a website development company in Jaipur.
I approached Dexus Media (www.dexusmedia.com) with the hope of getting a professional website for my dermatology clinic. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I paid them in advance for their services. However, my excitement turned into frustration as the days passed.
The promised 15-day timeline stretched to 35 days, and what I received was an incomplete website. Throughout this period, I made more than 35 calls to their support team, only to be met with poor responsiveness. When they did answer, I received random excuses for the delays, and they showed no urgency in completing the work.
Last year, I requested the admin panel credentials to transfer the website to another company, but Dexus Media failed to provide them. Instead, they continued to bother us with no progress on the website.
My disappointment with Dexus Media's service quality is immense. I initially chose them based on a reference, but they failed to deliver anything substantial. To make matters worse, they charged me 40 thousand rupees for what I can only describe as a third-class website and design.
I feel compelled to warn anyone considering Dexus Media for their website needs – don't go there. They excel at taking money from your pocket but provide little to no support afterward. In my opinion, Dexus Media in Jaipur is one of the worst web development companies I've ever come across. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable and professional service.
I would also like to add that Dexus Media has all fake Google reviews. Please do not be fooled by their seemingly high ratings. These reviews are not genuine and should not be trusted.
