Dg Shipping — CDC is not approved long time

From khanpur belgaum karnataka.i have applied for a fresh Indian CDC on 5, December 2023. Today's date is 16, January 2024. But till now it's showing ''under verification process". Those who applied along with me, they all have already recived their Indian cdc by post as. I have did my pre-sea course training of six month in sea scan Goa, from there they have applied it.
Please rectify my problem asap and i have complaint but till not approved it's very suffering for me
