Dg Shipping — Cdc not dispatched for almost 2 months

Hello sir/mam I have applied my cdc on 4th of July 2023 with application no SMO(M)/2023/258906 which took almost one month to get approval not it's been approved but it's not dispatched it has been two week already almost 51 days please help me with it it is a very important document for me thank you
