Dg Shipping — CDC under process from last 30 days

Dear sir/ma'am,
I've applied my CDC on 9/08/2023, it's been 30 days and still it is in under procces. My Cruise company asking for joining and will not be able to join without my CDC.
Please process my CDC application as soon as possible.
