Dear sir my name is valerian leslie dsouza, date of birth 27/08/1980. Indos no.10hl2287, passport no z2751137, cdc no. Mum233891, cdc issue date 12 april 2014, cdc valid to 11 april 2024, but sir until now i have not received my cdc. Why is it taking such a long time and if there is some problem with the dispatch please let me know as now my company says indian cdc is compulsory to join the ship so please advice me what to do waiting for your reply thank you
