It's been more than 70 days which i believe is more than enough to get my cdc, however i haven't got my cdc yet, i check online and its showing under process for the last one months. Application no. And just today i got that my cdc was rejected

I wanted to know HOWw to reaply my indian cdc n do i have to pay the fees again.

I have applied for Indian CDC online and its been approx 3 months and the status shows under process. I have emailed them for the update but there is no communication from there end, please help me with the same.
