i am SANJEEV KISHORE holder of indian cdc MUM 121538 .i have appllied by Registered post with all documents for renewal of cdc from Patna to shipping office Mumbai as instructed on website on 07.03.14 . Hence i didnt received acknowledgement card or any renewal sticker of cdc.please send any information on my mob- [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.co.in
