Dgshipping — CDC not dispatched from 2 weeks

I am TANYA ARORA (23ZN2308) ( SMO(M)/2023/249095 ) my CDC was applied on[protected], from last 2 weeks the status of my CDC is 'application approved' i was told that it will be dispatched with in 5-7 working days of being approved and it is not yet dispatched, i shared the same concern on some dgshipping mails ( [protected]@nic.in) but no response has been received for the same and because of this my further visa process is on hold, could anyone please get it sorted ASAP.
