Dhamaal Shop — No respond after money deducted and not deliver product yet

I order a videocon 32" led tv order: ds35217 on 13th march amount deducted but no proper respond from dhamaal shop. Company not respond any call and if i sent any mail to company, company request received but not reply any mail yet also. Dhamaal shop sent a tracking number :unidmsp100358 which showing invalid shipment tracking through gojavas and i contact to gojavas company for tracking number, they tell it's invalid tracking number also. Please sir take action to it. Either refund amount or shipping order as soon as possible.
