[Resolved] Dhamaal Shop — No response from company already money deducted

I order a videocon 32" hd led tv on www.dhamaalshop.com on 13th march 2016 payment deduced 6749rs order no. 35217. Wrong product dispatch through by gojavas company on 2nd april, when i contact to gojavas company "he say your garment product by dhamaalshop then i couldn't received that product and gojavas company said contact your dhamaalshop but dhamaalshop couldnt respond any call or mail". Still 55 days gone, what should we do sir? Alot of people made this product online order but that "www.dhamaalshop.com" company not delivery any proper product to us. I alway try to call to customer care no but its could not received any call and rupees deducted for customer call, lots of mail to dhamaal shop that's also not respond by company.
