I had try to purchase 32"led videocon tv on 16 july 2016 from dhamaalshop.com rs-6749/- but on that time showing me order is pending then after 2 hrs transaction is done and amount is deducted but i didn't received email or message

Updated by fayaz0786 Yesterday the company representative committed me tomorow on 26 July company gave me my dededucted amount. He called me two times on different numbers.[protected] and gave me a commitment that they will transfer my amount (6749/-) in 24hrs in my account but still I didn't received my amount, so plz help me and contact me on my number or email.
My deducted payment id is: 56905998

Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more number of staffs to make much better business for ours valuable customers.

Just now the company representative called me and denied to return my amount and the representative abuses me and says me you got fraud by another person, but yesterday the representative committed me the company returned your amount and gave us anyones sbi bank account details so, i provided my friends bank details but at that time he abuses me and denied to return my amount so please help me.In three days 6 people called me who got fraud by same company. So please get strong action on this matter.
