[Resolved] Dhamaalshop.com — Booked a redmi note 4 F1 through the web sight but purchase order not received

I tapash kumar goswami now attached west bengal police, howrah police commissionerate, west bengal i booked a redmi note 4 f1 through the web sight and credited the amount of rs[protected]+150) through sbi debit card and amount of rs 2749 deducted from my account paid at dhamaal shop com. Txn number-736634 and pos -[protected] at dhamaal shop com but no confirmation details of redmi note 4 mobile.
Please either confirm my booking & despatch my mobile or refund my amount of rs 2749 back.
I also visited your sight but shows you have not placed an order.
Please do the needful and i also complain in your company for consumer forum as early as possible.

I TAPASH Kumar Goswami now attached West Bengal Police, Howrah Police Commissionerate, West Bengal . During browsing facebook, I got a notification of an offer regarding Redmi Note 4 at 2599/- from Dhamaalshop.com on 31.03.2017 .still there is no response from the website, then I clicked on that offer to buy the phone. the server demanded for the payment of Rs.2599/- and a service charge of Rs.150/- I paid the amount of Rs.2, 749/- through my SBI Bank Ltd., Visa DEBIT CARD. The acknowledgement of debit transaction is in my Inbox. The amount debited from my account. But I did not get any acknowledgement of receipt from the offered company (Dhamaalshop.com)...
I also visited your sight but shows you have not placed an order.
Please do the needful and I also complain in your Company for Consumer Forum as early if do not return ( Reply) mail .

Note : Please do not share your ATM and Web PIN to anyone, also do not write such information anywhere on your card or on any document. Dhamaal will never ask for the same.
