I ordred a videocon 32" hd led tv (Luck by chance offer) inr 6, 599tv

For my sister marriage and still they have not delivered it yet there num are off and no email respomnding plzzzz pleas ehelp me with my delivery of my product or refund sir please
I will also put it in social media as well as news channels now
Its my hardd earned money sir please help me!!!
