[Resolved] Dhamaalshop.com — Led tv not delivered and money not refunded

Videocon 32" led tv ordered on 1st march, 2016 worth rs.6749 not received and money also not refunded. Company is saying that they have delivered the product while courier partner is saying that they have returned the product to the company. Now the matter lies in that they are not only redelivering the product but also not refunding the money. Please look into this matter seriously.

Videocon 32" led tv ordered on 28th june, 2016 worth rs.6749 not received and money also not refunded. Replied more than 5 times through email but no response, even tried to call through customer care number which is provided in website but it's fake so thinking to go to consumer court.please look into this matter seriously and revert back asap

If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.
