Hello sir on 16/07/2016 i saw a tech news in dainik jagran mobile app about dhamaalshop.com offer (Lucky by chance) is selling a videocon hd led tv 32" at rs 6599/- and shipping charge rs 150/- so i did purchased the item, but after that its unable to open the site or unable to track my order, even they are not responding to my mail also the customer care number they have provided [protected] is not responding, so pls help me, i have already paid the amount rs 6749/-. We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you order is Cancelled and yours amount get refunded through a bank. Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT. We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. I'm booked led tv 32"inches of 6599+150 r's delivery charge 6749 r's has been cut by net banking from my account. But no sms and email confirmation has been sent to me.
And also on my www.dhamaalshop.com login id the order has not shown. But charges has been taken. Your customer care no [protected] / [protected] has not attend my calls.
If my money has not been sent to my account then i go to consumer court and file a case against all of damaalshop.com
