Hello sir last 06/05/2016 my order was not delevery till now sir please when the delevery for my order number is DS48534 date[protected] till now not send to my items or send refund to my money in my account number or immidiatly delevery to my items when i got to the my items in videcon 32 inch led tv 2 numbers i orders so kindley immidiatly delevery to my purchased items

We sincerely apologize to you for the delay in delivery of the products you order is Cancelled and yours amount get refunded through bank. Due to irregularities in the manufacturing department, this inconvenience has been caused to you. We are also flooded with a large number o[censored]nexpected orders this that month and all this has led to this delay. If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more number of staffs to make much better business for ours valuable customers.

My order no DS19957 dated 15.08.2015 placed for mobile price @99 Rs with shipping charges 150 Rs but received T-shirt instead of mobile. please resolve the issue as iwant the mobile phone only.

I have booked two orders on dated 17.06.2015 but there is no shipment of my orders. Feel they are going to cheat. Have legal action and refund our money
