[Resolved] Dhamaalshop.com — My order in not delivered nor my amount return

Have order of videocon led 32 inch 28 Jun.2016 order no is ds1079 of amount of rs 13498/- through dhamaalshop.com
The order was confirmed & the said amount was deducted from my credit card but still the product is not delivered to my address nothing any status send me this order even from the first day, so as such it is requested to kindly solve my problem by way of refund my amount of rs 13498/- in my account..
Or ship my order so plsss solve my problem as soon as possible.
