My order I'd is DS63344

Just reach the memory card yesterday
That memory card is not working properly
Once I save any folder or image, apps is missing after phone switch off,
Memory card occupy the memory for that foldel but not display, both memory card is problem
Once more information that memory card already contains images, video's
Pls ensure that issue and take nessary action
Already I send mail to u, but no reply
And I contact to compliant no but to response
