I got a call from mumbai branch for membership. I told them i am not interested in membership right now. The executive spoke so rude and suggested me to deactivate the profile if you don't want membership. Who is he to tell me. It customer right to take or not to take membership. He disconnected the call. Then i called to customer care and the call got connected to chennai branch and the call got connected to arpita shaikh.. She was also rude on call. I told her need to talk to senior. She told me all the senior are on lunch break and will be back after 2.30. After argument she did not transfer the call and disconnected the call. Then i called to mumbai branch spoke to executive. I told him need the executive name with whom i spoke previous. The height was he told me the name as arpit not arpita. I told him she was girl. It was arpita i told him.. When he realised he was wrong he disconnected the call. After that i am not able to call customer care.. Number is blocked Was this information helpful? |
