Dhani Store — Item Delayed

I booked some items from dhani store worth Rs737 on 8th March 2022, for which order id was given EP2901506 and later I got message from dhani store that my items have been shipped with Xpressbees courier service, for which AwB number was [protected], expected delivery date was 14th March now its already 23rd March there is no status update for my items from dhani store, I called customer service they have standard answer I.e Your product is in transit and you ll receive it soon, I called up xpressbees courier service, according to them my item is damaged and they have informed the dhani store regarding this on 17th March, but dhani store customer service says it has no information regarding this..calling dhani store customer service is a futile attempt, they have no answer to my query.please can some one answer to this when I ll receive my item, if not I shall get refund in full at the earliest possible.i am attaching screen shorts of my order status fro both expressbees and dhani stores..
