Dial Service Center — Poor customer experience and highly unprofessional

In sept-oct time my tv got some display issues.
I checked online and seems sony has given service or repair related things to some 3rd party called "Dial Service". They took the tv, said need to change whole panel. We did that, and cost me ₹17110.
We got tv and in 2 days got another issue.
Now they said need to change the motherboard.
We did it at ₹3500.
Warranty was 3 months. And sharp after 3 months we faced display issues again.
Now they are not even responding. They keep saying someone will visit but nothing happens.
Why Sony has given their technical support to such unethical and unprofessional company?
What do i do now? I wasted alot of money and still facing issues.
Would have rather bought a new one at that cost.
Is there something you guys can still do to help me?
