I was shifting from bangalore to panchkula and after getting quotations from few movers and packers, i finalized diamond corporation cargo movers. For quotation, mr vijender came to my house, saw all the items, noted down every details and sent me a quotation of 40k on email for household stuff. For car he, quoted 16k. He mentioned that your stuff will fit in 14 feet truck but he will send it in shared mode in a 32 feet or 40 feet container. His email quotation was on mar 26. He promised that for tv and dining table glass he will prepare wooden crate. Once i finalized him, he asked advance and to confirm i transferred 2000 rs as a token.
Now comes the day of packing, his people came with a vehicle at 10 am which was not 14 feetand was without any cover. Packing material was inadequate and no wooden crate. When i complained he mentioned that wooden crate will come in 4 hours. Packing was normal but by lunch time packing material was over and his guys had to wait for 2 hour for additional packing material. Finally once packing was over, his guys loaded the material and mentioned that they need another small vehicle. Wooden crate didnt arrive till evening. No one even came for car pickup. When i called mr vijender and mr rahul, they said that because of too many client, their resources are busy and requested me to drive car till their ware house. Also for vehicle they requested me to arrange a small vehicle for additional stuff. I was not happy and informed him that its their duty. Finally at night another small vehicle. At night 10, my stuff reached ware house. As intimated i paid the advance amount of 22k, left the car and went to chandigarh.
Next morning i received a shocker call, mr rahul and vijender informed me that my stuff is 17 feet and until i pay 78k for household stuff and 16 k additional for car, my stuff will remain in their warehouse. I tried to explain that its he only who visited my house and estimated the stuff. But mr ahul was purely in a mood of blackmailing. Now i was badly stuck, my car worth 14 lakhs and my household worth 4-5 lakhs was with them and i was not even in bangalore. I argued that if for 14 feet the estimate was 40k then for 17feet the amount can be max 50k, y is he charging double? But in vain
Finally he reduced only 2000 rs because he has not come for car pickup and his packing guys has asked additional 1.5k from me so i paid him 75% of the amount for car and house hold. Now came another shocker, he gave a phone number of transporter. Transporter gave me truck number but refused to give driver number. After 7 days, when i was daily calling and tracking with mr vijender, rahul and transporter, i got to know my stuff has reached gurgaon and will be shifted in another vehicle and will reach pachkula. After 2 days my stuff reached panchkula in 14 feet vehcile. Stuff worth 5k missing, stuff worth 2k damaged but these guys demanded full money and literally threatened that they will not release car until full payment is made. I made the payments and got my car.
I have all the receipts, email of mr vijender's email quotation and even final vehicle pics. It was the worst shocker of my life

After discussing with the coordinator or branch manager what ever the name, their argument of returning 900 for damages which was colleced towards insurance is worst argument.
Further they are cheating innocent people who doesn't have knowledge on taxation, by charging 18% of GST. where as GST on transportation is 5% without ITC and 12% with ITC.
First when we approach them, they will say the quoted price is inclusive of GST and Insurance and will ask for additional amount at the time of picking vehicle.
We can suggest this transporation, if you want to receive your vehicle in scrap condition only else go for other transporters.
