I got into this trap when Pratik (cell No. [protected]) called me that my profile is matching some of their requirements and their company is recognized as no.1 recruiter by Accenture. To be very honest i believed and registered as i was looking for change and soon after few days of registration pratik started calling me to make payments one after another even though i denied multiple times (i have recorded calls). I got carried away and made few payments and unfortunately i fell sick and had to undergo neuro surgery which was explained to Pratik and inspite of all Pratik was forcing which i escalated and Anusree (cell no. [protected]) was appointed as my representative. Because i got into the trap i was trying to explain and get away with whatever money that i paid so they gave me two options which i can choose to get reimbursement by making a final payment. It is not an easy money that i can let it go, i am really frustrated as i have been following up with all their email ids of Billing team, Pratik and Anusree without any response. I have all call records, invoice shared with a confirmation that reimbursement will be processed by March 15th.
This company is publicly trapping people like me and i feel very annoyed because their is no regulation when i want to express my concern and get my hard earned money back. I can attach all my medical records during the days when they called me and i have even attached and sent the documents to their team. I do not get any response to any of my calls and emails.
Can someone please help because i paid huge money by borrowing and now everyone who helped are behind me on top of my medical complications. Was this information helpful? |
