Hi. I was on a tour to Europe and bought Canon Powershot A810 Digital Camera at the store Foto-Professional at Nieuwendijk, Amsterdam. The camera stopped working on the same day as we bought it. Im not able to click any pictures with the camera. When a memory card with pictures on it is inserted, Im able to view the pictures, but can! not click any. I have a feeling that the product is a counterfeit. Since Im back to India, I was not able to visit the place Where I bought it from. Is it possible that you can check with the serial number provided whether it is genuine? If not can we take any action against the dealer? Kindly Help. Was this information helpful? |
