I have taken admission in 2021 however did not take much classes due to personal issues. I am asking for refund on pro rata basis since I have paid complete fees however they are denying for the same.
Kindly help me to get my hard earned money back.

Upon careful review of your case and as already discussed with you, it's important to reiterate our refund policy, which stipulates that refunds can only be processed after the first session (candidate should apply within 24 hours) in the event that a student finds the experience unsatisfactory. Given that you enrolled in the course three years ago, you are no longer eligible for a refund under this policy.

However, we want to emphasize that our team has made considerable efforts to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth learning journey for you. In response to your requests, we adjusted your classes with different trainers and provided a pause in your course progression. Moreover, we extended the deadline for course completion until August 2024, going above and beyond our standard policies to assist you in reaching your educational goals. Our team is available to assist you in any way possible to ensure that you achieve your desired outcomes.

Updated by Mnaaa.s Hi Megha, just don't write anything for the sake of it. Your Institute is least bothered to even contact any student after taking the money. Can you show me the proof of classes you provided to me with different trainers. Can you show me my attendance. Can you show me the recording of classes which I have attended. Don't just write a standard reply. None of you ever contacted me once I fully paid my fees. No worries I will take this further.
