Digitlogics — On completion of PLI .but yet credited the payment

Respected sir, am .my policy no of APS 1219278 L is matured on 21st June 17.am already submitted the above said original documents at Arty centre Nashik road APO.but not yet credited the matured amount in the bank.I hope your reply .thanking you sir
