Dimand For Money — demand for money to submit my documents

Hlo sir or mam this side subhash from greater noida. And i forgot to submit my documents in collage thatswhy my admit card was not shjowing in ccsu portal. After that i went in university to resolve this problem. And there i meet to dr. Narendra kumar.. He dimand to me 1000 rupees. But he did not submitted my documents. After that i have submitted my documents myself. Not i want to raise a complant against this person.
