We had taken a franchise with this company DIMR in October of 2019 and since then their director S.K Singh has made all efforts to make life hell for us. First, he made big commitments and gave us a written contract for the same. Then he started scamming students into coming for interviews with the hopes of getting job instead of course. Then he didn't pay the center manager who he was supposed to pay as per contract after him working for 50 days and I had to end up loosing my reputation in market. Then I couldn't do anything since I was caught up in the thing with the contract as he had taken 4.3 lakh rupees of security from me and then again he after hiring new center head and getting students also enrolled he didn't pay the center head. After this we had to close our center and since then we have been fighting our case against this cheat. I have all the proofs with me that this guy has been doing the same with up to 30 people every year and that he also doesn't pay the gst that he takes from you to pay to government. It was clear when the director of the company denied paying the center head 17k rupees even after him brining much more business than the company had given him target for that the company didn't have the option of placing students and only was running a scam of giving people franchises and looting their money.
