At 10:am today, I call your customer care[protected] where some room boy Mr SONU told that no body is avaialabe here & staff will come at 10: 30 am.I wanted some urgent enquiry which could not be got . your office time is 09:30am & your sraff were not present upto 10 am. please see

Bus route no. 883 and no. DL1PD0025 stoped the bus at civil lines at 1.50pm and refuse to drive it further. He gave a complian in depot that bus has a starting trouble complian but the bus was in working condition. Kindly take necessary action.
