Sir,
I completed my diploma in mechatronics engineering from acharya poly technic bangalore in the year 2011. I have aplied for the diploma certificate following all the rules and regulations of the board in march 2012. As iam in need of the certificate urgently. I have been contacting board and college for 2 months. From board the person in charge of our college one mr Krishnamurthy is 'searching for my application for 2 months'. When i tried to contact him on telephone he is saying excuses and started shouting. What should i do to get my certificate? Pls help.
