Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been cheated by "Disha Expeditions" people very badly.Earlier
they called me up & told me that I am the lucky winner and got
selected for their free gifts. When I asked them what is that all about
they told we have submitted our lucky coupon in cake show and for that
they are gifting us some very nice gifts and we need not to pay
anything. When I went with my wife, they had taken our one and half hour
time and one lady Ms.Shoma started explaining about holiday package and
their membership and in between her presentation lots many time she
told us that in last you will be surprised with so many exciting gifts
and made us feel like they are obliging us by giving gift. She started
telling about the benefit of membership when I told that we are from
middle class family we can not afford their 5 years membership scheme.
Then her manager Mr.Lobo came into the picture and told that he can
offer us with 2 years membership package of Rs.75000/-. When me and my
wife told that we need to think and we will come back again, they forced
us to pay the same day or the scheme will not be there. I told that I
can only pay Rs.3000 at this moment, instantly they agreed and asked me
to pay in 13months emi without any interest. Even told us that if in any
point of time we wanna to withdraw, they will refund our full money
without asking any question.
When I registered with them, they had just given us two gift vouchers of
Rs.5000/- and Rs.1000/- as a "Surprise gift" for which we need to spend
another 25, 000/- to avail Rs.5000/-. After one-two days I asked them to
refund my 3000/- they told me to send them a mail regarding the same
and later on started avoiding my calls and lying that their manager is
not available and bla bla. Now today they totally refused to refund my
money back.
Kindly help me in getting my money back and also do help other consumers
not to get trapped with their sugar coating gifts and give them a nice
lesson of cheating the consumers. Hoping a positive result from your
