I have sent mail with regard to receipt of wrong consignment on[protected],[protected] and[protected]. But till date I have not received any reply or correspondence or even phone call on the same.
I have booked flor 4 in 1Waist Trainer Bra (pack of 3). On[protected] I have received a parcel and I have arranged payment of Rs.1199/- through Phone pay. After opening the parcel I have noticed that the parcel contained 2 leggings (cheap quality white and red in color).
Immediately I have sent mail to the address noted in the Distilox website under "Refund Policy" ie., [protected]@gmail.com. In the mail I have requested to either refund my amount or to replace the item.
