I subscribed to ditto tv app by sending msg to 57575 from bsnl phone no [protected] and also got reply that 1 month pack is activated. But i am unable to browse channels. After logging in, it shows message:"you are not subscribed". I tried sending them detailed mails but they have not activated my pack. I didnt get otp on mobile for resetting password, now my password is also gone. My mobile balance got reduced by rs. 20 and sms's also cost rs.6.in spite of following instructions, i am unable to use the service.
