Diva Deal — fake product daddy duster

I ordered a daddy duster for 1000rs. But description is not telling that you need a separate vaccum cleaner too for using this simple plastic brush. Now i want to cancel the order and always line was busy when i try to reach them and they are just not replying to my mail... I want refund for my order #dd181302

I wanted to cancel the order but there was no such option to cancel the order. Hence i sent an email to [protected]@divadeal.in to cancel my order and repay my rs
1000 which i paid via my debit card. But unfortunately i didn't get any reply or confirmation from their side... I request you to help me out to get refund..

After returning the daddy duster product, they are telling that they will refund in diva deal wallet inly and not in bank as per company policy on seems.
But I don't find any other good product in this site to replace with that.

I want to get my refund in my bank account[protected] + courier charge). Please help to get my amount that I lost in this website.
