I checked on this website for an offer on vacuum cleaning product which was of rs.999 and it said that on online payment there will be a cashback of rs.500 and rs.90 off on the product. After placing the order i didn't receive the cashback and then i checked for the order cancellation and refund policy which said that if the mail is sent as soon as possible after the order is placed then before shipment it can be cancelled and refunded. Just after 10 min of placing the order i mailed their support team to cancel my order for which i received the mail after three days that the order cannot be cancelled since it is already shipped and then i received the message for shipment the next day. So basically they did this just not to cancel my order. I mailed the supprt team with my order screenshot which said i should get the cashback but then they mailed me saying "you can avail your cashback on your next product." is it fair? Please let me know if aan action will be taken against this or not?
