Diva Deal — refund of order no. dd187455 for aire bra, medium size

I have ordered Aire Bra, Black, Medium size for RS. 794/- on 22nd March 2019. I got the delivery of the product on April, 1st 2019 but the product inside the consignment was Baby Slip, White colour.
I immediately called the customer care and also sent a mail to [protected]@divadeal, where in they asked to return the product. I couriered the material costed me RS. 105/- [protected]@divadeal said "as per company rules we cannot refund but we will send the material" I said if the ordered product is available you can send it. But surprisingly they again sent the same Baby Slip. Again I wrote to support they told to return the material, again costed me RS. 100/-
Now they are telling "as per company rules we cannot refund they cannot refund the amount"
Now they are due to me Rs. 999/- (794+105+100)
