Diva Deal — returned a product but have not been refunded

I had cancelled my order evn mailed to them before shipment...still i received that...i dont want that and i want refund that is paid through debit card...because same is received on another site at juzz half rate...moreover that product is used one not a fresh one...

l am very much disappointed with the order on REDCRATE.IN, it got delayed more than 15 days and after waiting so. many days and then receiving the wrong product which is just 200 or 300 rupees item make me so frustrated. plus the number on the website given for contacting is not functioning Please provide your customer care correct number or office number where we can reach for dispute matters.

l have ordered Handy Portable Steamer price 1599 and l paid 1500 after discount.
but instead of that l have received something else A Water Connon.??
mere 300 rupees item

Since morning am trying to reach there Customer Care Number but the number is not reachable that means this site is fate duping people I lost 1500, Should have applied my Common Sense before accepting the product.

lesson learned by losing hard earned 1500 Rupees

Please don't order anything on REDCRATE.in. Its a FAKE SITE DUPING PPL.
