today it was a very bad experience at d mart kalyaninagr i felt like the way staff and asst manger behave its looks like custom needs dmart, dmart dont need customer. i spent Rs.[protected] every other week i understand dmart giving good offers and discount but that's not mean they can talk the way they want. totally unprofessional behavior and manners from asst manger to down the line workers. dmart management needs to give proper training to all employee. 1. greet and smile 2. warm welcome 3. respect 4. communication. thanks & Regards.
