DMI Finance — NOC not yet received

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost importance. Despite my continuous efforts throughout the year 2021, I have not yet received the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my closed loan account. This prolonged delay is causing significant inconvenience.

I request your immediate attention to this issue and urge you to expedite the issuance of the NOC certificate without further delay. It is disheartening to experience such a delay, especially after settling the entire loan amount.

I must express my disappointment with both MONEY view and DMI finance for their handling of this situation. The continuous calls and automated messages from DMI finance are not only unwarranted but also unprofessional. I have even received derogatory messages insinuating fraudulent activity, which is completely unjustified given that all dues have been duly paid.

I trust that this matter will be resolved promptly and that I will receive the NOC certificate without any further delays. Please be aware that if this situation persists, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter and seek legal redress against both MONEY view and DMI finance. I have preserved all relevant evidence, including screenshots, to substantiate my claims.

I request your immediate attention and intervention to rectify this situation.
