I have requested for a preclosure and paid the outstanding amount to close the loan however till now the status is not updated and the loan is still open. Its been 3 weeks now and i have been trying to contact DMI FINANCE but there is no response or solution to fix the issue. There is a chance that i will be charged in the coming months if this issue is not resolved. I have tried every portal and tried every emails related to DMI.
I have tried to login to the DMI portal and submit a complaint but it does not create a ticket and get stuck in the page. i have tried in every electronic devices but its useless.
