Domino's Pizza India — Spoiled product delivered

This is with regards to my online complaint ticket number [protected]
(order number 94) for the order placed on Thursday 17 June (placed at sector 12 store Faridabad).

The order which I received after one hour of wait (after having 30 min false guarantee) was completely spoiled and all the toppings was stuck to the box. After receiving the order I tried calling the delivery person, customer and restaurant almost 20 times; but they didn't care to respond. And I would like to stress that customer care (on call and chat on Dominos App) are utterly useless. The most useless person in this chain was the Store Manager. Even after numerous calls to the store manager and delivery guy (over 20+, call records attached) they are just 2 busy to pick up the call.

But yes they will finally get back to you after 48 hrs for a replacement pizza. Instead when I asked for the refund the store manager refused. Now their customer care has been harassing me since last 5 days keeping me on hold for hours without resolution.

Would request the restaurant to please initiate a refund for my order. I promise that I will not make the mistake of ordering from Dominos again.
