LATE SESSION

Sir Agra university runs a 3 year bachelor degree course that is B.P.E. in admission form it is written that it is a 3 year course but it takes more then 4 and half years to complete and it completes when admission for higher course finishes means loss one more year. I h ave taken admission in July 2008 and its march 2010 i have not completed my first year and not only me all other students are facing the same problem if this is the way...
