I have been visiting Dr. Batra's clinic and taking Doctor's advice regarding hairfall problems for almost 10 months now. I am using the dandruff cleansing shampoo enriched with thuja for my hairfall. My hairfall has reduced a little bit untill recently, when I just bought an unsealed Shampoo few weeks back and has been using it. I am experiencing increased hairfall, and itching of my scalp.the consistency of this new product is also quite low than the earlier ones. I am afraid that there is something wrong with the product which has led to my problems.

I would therefore like you to look into the matter carefully and solve the problem. moreover why should a reputed organisation, like Dr. Batra's distribute unsealed products let alone the change in the consistency.
