Dr Lal Path Labs — Samples mishandled

On 22nd Oct 2021 I visited one of your collection centres at Mahagun Moderne Mart, Sector 78, Noida and gave my blood and urine samples. I paid the amount of Rs 2, 199/- through Paytm app.

The overall experience of this visit was pathetic and I never expected such a level from Dr Lal Path Labs.

The Centre did not even have any washroom of its own and made me use the public toilet there at the mart which was not at all hygienic.

Now at 4 PM I received a call from that Centre and the guy asked me if I gave the urine sample. Which was very surprising to me though I confirmed that Yes I did. Within a few minutes the guy called me up and this time he alleged that I did not close the lid of the container of my urine sample and that's why the sample needs to be given again. The guy was very rude when talking.

Cleary the Centre guy was framing all the things. otherwise he shouldn't have asked about the missing sample in his first call. Later on he cooked the story of the container's lid not tightened properly. when I cross questioned, he started misbehaving.

After raising the query, I was told that reports shall be provided. Very surprising that without even samples they were ready to provide the reports.

This incident raises serious doubts about the procedures that Dr Lal Path Lab is having and the level of collection Centres & staff therein. Medical reports are most of the time urgent in nature and the same is in my case as well.

I was in urgent need of these reports and this cause very much delay in my reports.

On telephonic customer care I was given an ID CMP[protected]. Lab No was[protected]. The customer care representative was neither issuing me the refund nor was giving escalation matrix to me so that I can raise the matter to the higher authorities within the company.

So kindly issue the full refund and see how you can compensate me for all this.
