I booked for a alcohol serum screening on 6th october, the phlebotomist arrived on the same day, collected blood samples and charged us with rs 780/-; my order number is 667606. They promised to dispatch the reports within 24hours, but despite many calls to the customer care, we have not received the reports yet as of 19th november. The customer care executive[protected] promised for a refund but nothing has turned up yet. I request you to take necessary action on these kind of diagnostic centers which may delay diagnosis of the patient risking lives of the patients.
