This is the excerpt of my email to their customer care:
"This is to bring to your notice complete inefficiency of Dr. Lal Path Labs. And how patients suffer because of same.
We had done a home visit blood test for Hb1Ac and CBC of my mother aged 77 on the 16th of September 2023. However, it has been 6 days since that and we have not received the report in spite of calling customer care three times - where each time we were assured that somebody would respond with a resolution.
Nothing has happened till now. And nobody has even bothered to reach out!
What is the use of testing with Dr. Lal Path Labs if we do not get reports on time to show the doctor ?!
Also, since we have paid for the services, isn't this fraud ?
