[Resolved] Dr. Mehta's Hospitals — Complaint about no response

My UHID: 406328. I am trying to reach Velappanchavadi Dr.Mehta's Hospital receptionist or Emergency from morning. But i am unable to reach any of them. I have done the covid test yesterday around 3.30PM and he told me the report will be publish before 24 hours. I have tried to login to Dr.Mehta's mobile app but it was not working. As an customer, we need an at least response from the hospital. THis is very frustrating as no response from hospital when i tried to call many time
