Dra Homes — False promises

I personally have very bad experience with dra. I home in dra trulive navalur they agreed cost price as 34.50 lakhs on July 2021 they told me this ongoing property will be completed my march 2023 but now they are saying it will be completed by September 2023 6 months delay.during sale call they agreed they will pay emi in case of delay after march but now they are disagreeing to do it and are saying in construction agreement they have mentioned grace period of 6 months from march but this is not what they agreed to me on sale call. The construction agreement is 40 pages it is my bad I did not read all the pages of construction agreement but i am gutted that they put different thing in construction agreement than what they agreed to me on call. Their sale agents are as fake as any other builder who inflate things in their favour and are not honest so please read all the documents carefully before signing and better not to go with Dra as they don't have honesty or integrity in my opinion. My total loss because of delay Rs. 105000 and better not go with them as they are not timely builders also.
